Renew Your Tripartite Membership

Renewal Notification

You’ll receive an email notification from the CDA at least 45 days from your renewal date, as well as a paper statement if you aren’t already enrolled in monthly payments. Your statement includes itemized dues for the OCDS, CDA, and ADA, along with any optional contributions.

Review & Update

Review your dues statement within CDA’s website under ‘My Account’. If you wish to update your membership status (ie. retired, life member, etc.), you may do so during the renewal process. If you are experiencing temporary or permanent financial hardship and/or retiring or have retired before your next renewal date, please contact us to request a dues waiver form or retirement affidavit, respectively.

Submit Payment

Complete payment online or by mail to the address provided on your statement within 90 days of your due date to avoid a lapse in your membership. However, Failure to do so will result in your membership to expire, therefore, you will be subject to reapplication. Payment may be made annually or monthly.

Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, your tripartite membership is automatically renewed for 12 months. You will receive a confirmation of your renewal and continued access to all member benefits.
