You’ll receive an email notification from the CDA at least 45 days from your renewal date, as well as a paper statement if you aren’t already enrolled in monthly payments. Review your detailed statement within CDA’s website, under My Account. Note that payment must be received within 30 days of your due date, or your membership will be cancelled and you would need to complete a membership application to apply to rejoin.
