OCDS Member Dentists ONLY (no staff) | COMPLIMENTARY Two-Day Pass with RSVP (pass is non-transferable)

NON-DENTIST Staff & Guests of OCDS Members | $80 per person / per day

CDA/ADA Members (Non-OCDS Members), Their Staff & Guests | $100 per person / per day

Dental Students | Free – must fill out dental student membership application

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund requests will only be honored up to 4:30 pm one week prior to the event. No refunds will be made for requests received subsequent to that time.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration, attendance and/or participation in OCDS’ courses/events constitutes an agreement by the registrant/sponsor to OCDS’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
