Social Events
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all in-person and social events have been cancelled. We look forward to bringing you in-person events again, such as Angels games, Oktoberfest and our Hospitality Suite at CDA Presents, just to name a few!

ALLIED DENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Please fill out the form in the popup below to become an ADHP member with OCDS. ADHP Membership is $50 and will be valid for one year. Only staff of OCDS members are eligible for ADHP membership. Dentists must apply at www.cda.org to become a member.
