This course explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can streamline eligibility verification\, automate benefits interpretation\, and reduce errors in claims submission. Participants will learn how AI supports insurance navigation from the front desk to the back office — reducing administrative burdens\, improving patient financial transparency\, and ultimately increasing case acceptance.
